Have you ever noticed negative events happening in your life or around you without explanation, almost as if you were battling against something invisible? What if we say that this might actually be the case? Spiritual problems are more common and harmful than people often realise. Unfortunately, the vast majority perceive the influence of evil spirits as something fantastical – which plays into the advantage of evil, as we often don’t take precautions against threats we don’t believe exist.
Of course, not all problems have a spiritual origin. Many issues are simply the result of poor choices – like financial difficulties stemming from bad money management, or health issues due to an unhealthy diet and a sedentary lifestyle. However, certain problems seem clearly abnormal and even defy logic. These include repeated misfortunes, issues that persist from one generation to the next, or obstacles that suddenly arise when everything seemed to be falling into place.
The truth is that there is indeed a spiritual realm, where a constant battle is taking place. Each person’s life can be viewed as a territory disputed between two kingdoms: the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness – the realm of evil. Therefore, when a problem has a spiritual cause, it can only be overcome by a greater spiritual force: the Lord Jesus, through faith. As the Bible says, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds…” (2 Corinthians 10:4).

Our aim is not to cause you fear, but to show you that there is a way out and that you don’t have to accept the negative circumstances you are facing as normal. The Lord Jesus is ready to fight for you, guaranteeing victory since no force of darkness can withstand His power.
However, for this to happen it’s essential to take one crucial step: allow God to work in your life. This process involves identifying the root of the problem and, through faith, permitting the Lord Jesus to remove it. This is exactly what we do every Friday at the Universal Church. Spiritual deliverance consists in the Kingdom of God expelling every evil force from someone’s life, which as a consequence leads to the cessation of all problems caused by these negative influences.
