Three ways that the devil deceives the world

Everybody has faith. The size of it is irrelevant. You just need to learn how to use it properly in order to take advantage of all it can offer. Once you use it according to the Scriptures, it will not return to God empty.

Darkness is the absence of light, and in the darkness is where the devil lies. He cannot lie in the light of God. When you buy into the lies of the devil, your faith becomes useless.

The devil knows the power of faith and knows that if you learn how to use it properly, you will no longer be an easy prey.

There are three lies that the devil uses to deceive people.

Lie #1:

The devil convinces people that humankind is the cause of evil, but that is not true. When God created humankind, He said, “It was good.” Everything that God creates is good, but the devil messed up God’s creation when he deceived humankind.

Lie #2:

He doesn’t want to appear as our number one enemy. People blame others and situations as their enemy, but the devil is the only enemy. John 10:10 is very clear when it talks about satan’s plan: to kill, steal and destroy.

The devil hates us because we took his place. He was in second place in the heavenly realm, but because he failed to be faithful, he was reduced to nothing and we took his place. He is jealous of us.

We have to stop blaming God. We have to stop believing that God tests us through suffering. This is what the devil wants us to think.

Lie #3:

The devil likes to promote that he is God’s equal. The truth is that he cannot compete with God; he is not God’s opponent because he cannot oppose God. The devil doesn’t have power.

“Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.” (Colossians 2:15)

When you are obedient to God, this power is in your hands.

“You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4)

If you have Jesus in you, He is greater and more powerful than the devil in the world. So you don’t need to suffer. God has given us dominion over everything that creeps on the earth.

If Jesus is not in you, you will not be able to solve all the other problems you have.
