The Wednesday of the Perfect Heart

Perfect-Heart

There are various diseases and sicknesses plaguing the human body worldwide, but did you know that your soul (often referred to as the heart) can also become sick?

Many don’t perceive that it is in fact this illness that contributes to many of the poor decisions made or problems they have faced.

It’s important to know what to look out for. Here are some of the symptoms of a sick heart:

  • Empty – There have never been so many options to fill the desires of the human soul. But at the same time there have never been so many empty people as seen nowadays.
  • Anguish – Many are those who carry within themselves such great anguish that they cry, often times unaware of why they are even crying.
  • Discouragement – The person feels as if there is a weight on their shoulders, they are never in the mood for anything.
  • Fear – Many fears take over the person: fear of tomorrow, of what will happen, of bad news, of loneliness, of betrayal, of losing the job, etc. People no longer have the patience to build, to work, they want everything very fast.
  • Hurt – A mixture of anger, with sadness, with disappointment, a mixture of feelings that even transpire on the face.
  • Guilt – Numerous people carry such a great guilt for things they did or allowed others to do to them.
