Shield your Faith,
Even the strongest and most courageous of people will face moments of weakness and challenges that they are unable to solve on their own.
That’s when faith comes in, to give you the boldness you need to tackle your problems head on.
Faith is more than a belief in a higher being, it’s a trust and assurance in the word of God and His promises, even when life gets tough.
This unshakeable confidence connects you to God, as His word says, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).
Put simply, if I lose my faith I am left to resolve the problem on my own, but if I put my trust in God, I receive a helping hand in my struggles.
On Sundays at 6pm the “Shield your Faith” meeting will be taking place at your local Universal Church. You will receive a tip every week to help you protect the most important thing that you have, which is your faith.
In these meetings we will be going deeper into the word of God to uncover the secrets of your soul, through our weekly book meditation, “The Secrets and Mysteries of the Soul”.
No matter how energetic, healthy, enthusiastic, and full of dreams a person may be, they know that life in this world is short. What no one knows is how close they are to their last breath.
The study of the book by Bishop Edir Macedo (founder of the Universal Church), explores the importance of taking care of one of the most overlooked assets – the soul.
Our Sunday 6pm study of this book will answer questions you may have and guide you to take care of your salvation in a greater way.
“We didn’t choose to come into this world, but we do have the right to choose where we spend eternity.” Edir Macedo
What have you chosen? Your actions will be the reflection of where your soul will go. Make sure you make the right investment in your soul – attend the Sunday 6pm services at your local Universal Church for more on this.
