Let’s look at an interesting verse that talks about the Lord Jesus. You hardly hear about this passage from the Bible concerning Him:
“(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)” (Ephesians 4:9-10).
People often do not realise that when they want to be winners, they are actually wishing for greater fights. Can you show me someone who went up to the podium without first going down to the trenches of preparation, discipline, misconception, and training in solitude? It doesn’t exist.
What does that mean? Before you go up, you have to go down.
Do you want to win? First, you have to lose in order to win.
Sometimes people say: “how lucky,” but they fail to see the fights that the person fought to get there.
Human beings want success, but do not want to go down. This is the reality. Nobody wants to lower their head; no one wants to submit; no one wants to obey.
Everyone wants to be at the top. And how will you be at the top if you don’t know how to obey? How will you lead if you don’t know how to respect leadership?
So, if you want to win, follow the example of the Lord Jesus.
If the person goes up without going down, they will explode there because the atmospheric pressure at the top of the mountain is not for everyone.
