The 30th anniversary celebration in the UK commenced with a meeting for all the current and former servants of God. On the second night, attendees were given the chance to break free from their burdens that had weighed them down. Now, the focus shifts to blessing our love lives.
Bishop Renato and Cristiane Cardoso are no strangers to the UK. In 1995, they introduced the Universal Church to this country before returning to Brazil years later to continue their mission.
The UK had its first experience with The Love School, a programme dedicated to helping individuals build and maintain strong, healthy relationships based on biblical principles, in July 2012.
Bishop Renato and Cristiane Cardoso hosted a special love-life class in the Rainbow Theatre, aimed at all those seeking to improve and enrich their relationships. Drawing from their experience with The Love School TV programmes and the numerous live classes they had led over the years, they were excited to share their insights with everyone in attendance.
A year later The Love School returned, bigger and better than before. Held at Wembley Arena in September 2013, it was a complete sellout. Over 11,000 tickets were snapped up by adults of all ages, eager to learn how to sustain a happy and healthy long-term relationship.
They returned to the UK in September 2014 and captivated The Love School audience for two hours at the SSE Arena (formerly known as Wembley Arena). Through personal anecdotes about the challenges they faced early in their marriage and the solutions they discovered, the couple offered valuable insights. Their stories demonstrated that marital struggles do not necessarily lead to years of unhappiness or divorce.
Now, a decade later, The Love School returns to the Rainbow Theatre on Saturday, 8th February at 4pm. This much-anticipated meeting is aimed at every relationship status—single, dating, married, or even complicated—offering a transformative experience to lay the foundation for a fulfilling relationship.
