The project has helped me challenge myself by engaging in activities that I would not have considered beneficial. The weekly challenge has enabled me to analyse myself from a different perspective, not in a superficial manner as I would normally do, but in a way that allows me to make necessary changes. Additionally, the project has drawn me closer to my family. Challenge 4 brought to my attention the lack of time and affection I showed towards my family. As a result of challenge 4, my mother was extremely grateful for my support and care when my sister was admitted to hospital. Although I am on challenge 35, challenge 4 is one that I will never forget, as it has been a stepping stone for my family and me. I find myself growing into becoming an intelligent man.
