“For we know that if our earthly house, THIS TENT, is destroyed, we have a BUILDING from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we GROAN, EARNESTLY DESIRING to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven.” (2 Corinthians 5:1-2)
We must remember, that no matter what we build in this world, it will never be more than just a tent. Sooner or later it blows away.
We should groan instead for the solid building that awaits those in heaven who are truly saved and value the sacrifices that are required to make it through the narrow door.
Stop for a moment today and examine if you have been putting all your effort on your tent here in this world, or the building that awaits all those who are saved in the Kingdom of Heaven.
