area of our lives, Bible, Christian, Church service, circumstances and doubt, continue to endure, God, Holy Spirit, Jesus,
Endurance is defined as the ability to withstand hardship or adversity.
It can be applied to every area of our lives and it is imperative for our success, but it is even more important to endure in our faith. In the Bible, God says that following Him will bring many hardships:
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.” (Matthew 24:9)
But God also assures us that, no matter what we face in life, He will be there to help us. When we feel like giving up, God will lift us up and enable us to persevere.
“When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” (Isaiah 43:2)
We often look at our circumstances and doubt, instead of looking to God and asking Him for help. But when we ask God to strengthen us and focus on Him, this is when we will endure and reach our end goal. With God, we can endure anything.
On Sunday, 24 September, we will have the ‘Consecration of Endurance’ for all those who have endured in their faith. You will be blessed and God will give you the strength to continue to persevere, no matter what may come your way.
Just like athletes have to endure pain before crossing the finish line and claiming their victory, you will continue to endure in your faith and achieve the greatest reward of all: salvation.
Join us for this very special day and bring your family and friends to witness your consecration!
