The Universal Church’s evangelistic work has recently been established in Sri Lanka; an island located south of India.
With the opening of its first church in the capital Colombo, hundreds of Sri Lankans have been given the opportunity to hear, learn and express their faith in the Lord Jesus. The hard work carried out by the Pastor and other volunteers there has already borne fruit.
In August 2024, a man and a woman (reached through the spreading of the Word of God) decided to be baptised in water, an act that represents the surrender of their lives to the Lord Jesus.
The evangelistic work carried out by the servants of the Universal Church has a fundamental objective: to fulfil the will of the Almighty, just as the Lord Jesus commands in His Word:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)
If you know anyone who resides in the country, the newest Universal church in Sri Lanka is located at 145, Armour Street, Colombo 12.
