The story of David and Goliath can easily resonate with each of us. A young boy versus a giant…What are the chances of winning? Very slim!
Goliath challenged the whole of Israel’s army boasting that they would be at his service, which caused great fear and intimidation. However, David turned the story around! David’s confidence in winning against Goliath came from God alone, after all, his physical status gave him no chance of winning against a giant.
We love this story, but today we want to see it played out in your life!
What are the ‘Goliath’s you long to take down? What are the giants (problems) standing in your way? Health challenges, family disagreements, financial blockage, negative habits, etc.?
It was the use of David’s supernatural faith that gave him the victory over Goliath!
The Word of God says:
“I have found My servant David; with My holy oil I have anointed him, with whom My hand shall be established; also My arm shall strengthen him. The enemy shall not outwit him, nor the son of wickedness afflict him.” (Psalm 89:20–22)
The same way God anointed David and gave him wisdom and strength to not only face Goliath but to overcome him, God can also do the same for you.
It’s time to oppose the giants in your life but don’t do it alone!
