The glory of a man

No one goes to the doctor when they are not sick.

No one seeks light when they are not in darkness.

No matter how intense the light is, it does not solve a blind man’s problem.

No matter how loud the sound is, it does not solve a deaf man’s problem.

No one can be saved when they do not consider themselves lost.

No one knows the Lord God by chance. There has to be a reason for a person to seek and find Him.

Job was earnest and upright; he feared the Lord and turned away from evil. He obeyed the spiritual and moral demands that pleased the LORD.

But he did not know Him. It was necessary for God to permit the devil to cause pain and create a need for him to know the greatness of the LORD, who Job believed in, but did not know; and demonstrate a need for salvation.

Did the devil help the Lord? No. But God used evil to do good.

Joseph’s envious brothers sold him into slavery. They intended evil against him. But God used their intention for good to save many people.

“But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.” (Genesis 50:20)

The devil’s stupidity created the necessary conditions for Job to know God.

He continues to be stupid. He creates the same situation of despair for man. But today man wastes the opportunity to consider himself lost, so that he can seek salvation. God is the same, the devil is the same and man is the same.

God continues to want to save and provide an everlasting life of quality; the devil continues to want to kill, steal and destroy; man continues lost in his physical and emotional dilemmas and forgets about what is spiritual.

“‘Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, let not the mighty man glory in his might, nor let the rich man glory in his riches; but let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord, exercising loving kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,’ says the Lord.”  (Jeremiah 9:23,24)
