Who doesn’t aspire for greater success, whether in business, leadership or personal growth? The question is, how do we move from where we are now to where we want to be?
Let’s draw some lessons from the contents of the Ark of the Covenant, which can guide us on our path to success.
The Ark of the Covenant was a sacred symbol for the people of Israel, symbolising God’s presence among them. Inside were three significant items: manna, Aaron’s rod, and the tablets of the law. Today, we can see ourselves as modern Arks of the Covenant, as God’s dwelling place within those who surrender and follow His Word. Just as victory followed the Ark, success will follow those who have God as their ally.
The items within the Ark of the Covenant represent the essential qualities we need to cultivate:
Manna – Trust
As the Israelites journeyed through the desert towards the Promised Land, God provided manna (bread from Heaven) teaching them to trust in His provision. Similarly, placing our trust in God empowers us to face challenges with confidence, knowing He will supply the strength and resources we need.
Aaron’s Rod – Supernatural Faith
We all have an inherent faith, which helps us navigate daily life—trusting that plans will unfold, schedules will be met, and routines will go as expected. For example, when we board a bus, we don’t question the driver’s licence; we trust we’ll arrive at our destination safely.
However, supernatural faith takes us beyond the ordinary. It’s the kind of faith that believes without seeing. It calls for us to trust not in our own abilities, but in God’s power. With supernatural faith, the impossible becomes possible, we experience breakthroughs and see miracles happen.
Tablets of the Law – The Word of God
Building your life on the foundation of God’s Word ensures stability and success. His Word always prevails, and His promises are certain. In difficult times, confess His Word and hold onto it, believing that He can do anything. No matter what challenges arise, trust that everything will work out for your good.
The Bible recounts how “the Ark of the Covenant remained in Obed-Edom’s house for three months, the Lord blessed him and his household” (2 Samuel 6:11).
On Monday 30th September at 7:30pm, we will hold one of the most momentous ceremonies of the year, ‘The Triumphal Entry of the Ark of the Covenant.’ This annual event marks the entrance of God’s presence into the lives of those who choose to make a covenant with Him.
If you seek this transformation, we invite you to bring a written request outlining your financial goals to be placed inside the Ark for the final three months of the year. Each Monday, we will pray over these requests, believing that, like Obed-Edom, you will be blessed as you practice the qualities of trust, faith, and living according to God’s Word.
Don’t miss this opportunity!
