Last Friday, the tour of the Night of Answers, held by Bishop James Marques, who oversees the work of the Universal Church in UK, took place in Leeds.
The Portuguese speaking members of the church and their guests, gathered together for a transformative night of prayers and reflection on the Word of God.
The main message taught the listeners that when we repent of our mistakes and humble ourselves before Him, true conversion begins within us. That is, one can only receive Salvation when they recognise their true state before God and decide to change.
The service was finalised with the opportunity to seek the solution to the void in the soul – the Holy Spirit. Both long-standing members and first timers were blessed alike and look forward to further investing in their relationship with God at future meetings.
