The greater the achievement, the greater the struggle and sacrifice required. That was the case for the Hebrews, as the freedom they so longed for seemed an almost impossible dream.
The Mighty Hand:
The people of Israel were slaves to the Pharaoh for 400 years, so in order to force him to free His people, God had to show His mighty power and send 10 plagues upon Egypt.
“But I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not even by a mighty hand.” (Exodus 3:19)
Nowadays, there are many people enslaved by unemployment, sadness, a destroyed love life and spiritual oppression – among other situations – because their hands have not been strong enough for them to overcome through faith.
If you realise that this is happening in your life, join us as we complete the purpose of the “10 Fridays of the Mighty Hand”, at your nearest Universal Church.
Don’t forget to bring a rose to be blessed. It will represent the presence of the Lord Jesus and when you enter your home carrying it, you will determine by faith that the evils that are negatively affecting your life will be eliminated and all the doors that are locked will be opened.
On this occasion, the main service will be at 3pm, to commemorate the moment when Jesus died on the Cross for us. However, if you cannot attend this service, you can also attend the other services during the day.
You will receive a cotton ball dipped in blessed grape juice, which you will use to anoint the door of your home, based on this Biblical Scripture:
“For I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgement: I am the Lord. Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.” (Exodus 12:12-13 NKJV)
On the night when the 10th plague was sent to strike Egypt, the children of Israel placed the blood of a lamb on their doorposts, as a sign that those who lived in that house served the Almighty God.
All the houses that had been anointed with this blood, did not receive the plague. Similarly, the blessed grape juice you will receive will symbolise the blood of the Lord Jesus, who sacrificed His life so that we can be completely free.
“Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36 NKJV)
We are sure this meeting will be a powerful experience for you, no matter the branch you will be attending. Share the blessing – invite your family and friends to join you for this liberating and transformative meeting. We will see you there!
