Saturday, 3 June members of the public queued for the grand opening of the Food Bank of the Universal Church in Belfast.

Happy to extend a helping hand to those who are in need, our Food Bank will be open to the public every Saturday from 11am-1pm.

We would like to thank all those who volunteered in making the grand opening possible and many more Food Bank sessions to come.

We have a number of Food Banks and Soup Kitchens that operate throughout the UK, on average our Food banks welcome 50-60 people per Saturday, per location, that’s well over 200 people per week benefitting from this project.

As we continue to expand we are sure that many more families are going to be able to take advantage of this initiative.
