from time to time, Take a moment to appreciate,
1.Stop speaking badly about yourself
It may seem normal to say self-deprecating things about yourself, but this only brings you down and makes you view yourself in a negative way. Always say good things about yourself and prohibit yourself from saying things such as ‘I can’t’ or ‘no’.
2. Surround yourself with good people
Be around people who will bring more positivity to your life, instead of bringing you down.
3. Practise gratitude
Take a moment to appreciate all the good things that you have in your life and be glad. Avoid focusing on the things you don’t have.
4. Do activities that make you happy
Do you have a hobby you enjoy? Is there something you like to do which makes you happy? Do more of that.
5. Find the silver lining
Every situation whether good or bad can have a positive lesson, it just depends on how you see it. Evaluate the scenario and find the good lesson you can take from it.
6. Find stress releases
Find a healthy outlet which will give off good vibes. Exercising is one effective activity which can release mental and physical tension.
7. Take a break from social media
Social media can make us feel overwhelmed, especially when we get caught up in comparing ourselves to the ‘so called’ perfect lives of our peers. Learn how to shut off from social media from time to time. Give your mind a break.
8. Don’t dwell in the past
You cannot reclaim your past, but you are in control of your present and future so focus on that instead. Always look forward, never backwards.
