Breaking the Habit

Every Sunday at 4PM

When we think of the word “addiction”, what comes to mind is illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption; while it is true that these are more commonly known, the truth is that nowadays, countless addictive substances and activities surround us.

Being addicted to something means that not having it causes withdrawal symptoms and because this is unpleasant, it’s easier to carry on having or doing what you crave, and so the vicious cycle continues.

It not only has a devastating effect on the individual but also on their family, friends and the broader community.

Breaking the Habit what’s it all about?

Here at the Universal Church, we have a special meeting dedicated to help people break free from negative habits called ‘Breaking the Habit’. It’s a meeting that works to empower addicts and their families to break negative habits and regain control over their lives.

What to expect:

Practical advice to not only overcome the cravings but also to deal with the root of the negative habit.
• This is coupled with powerful prayers for those things that only a little divine intervention can resolve.
Real-life stories of those who attended our meetings and have benefitted from it by breaking free from negative habits and staying free.

How is this possible? I’ve been struggling to beat this for years?
