The VYG has done and are doing various things in order to improve our community. Such as the VYG Clean Up, where many youth members of the VYG went to a nearby estate and the cleared estate thoroughly, in order for our community to look presentable. We also have a Community group, with in this group our plans are to start up scheme where we will be visiting youths in prisons and also visiting the elderly in homes, in order to give back to the community and improve relations with the older and young people.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Community work

In the more deprived boroughs of London, it's easier for bored and often under-educated young people to get drawn in to gang related activities, crime, drugs and anti social behaviour. The VYG is working to reach out to these youths in a aim to regenerate their lives and consequently those of their families and communities.

   

Where U Goin? project

'Where U Goin?' is an initiative of the Victory Youth Group. This project works to raise young people awareness of where current behaviour and actions are leading them. The performances and activities are produced by members of the VYG, who, have been through difficult situations, have manage to turn their life around.

   

VYG Workshop

Working in partnership with schools, the VYG is bringing a message of hope and empowerment to young students in areas of great need.It is essential that young people realise their full potential, for their own benifit and for the sake for the wider communities and country.
